1 Lbs. Carrots, raw, chopped

5 cloves Garlic, diced

1 cup Onion, chopped

4 cups Chicken Broth, unsalted

6 slices Bacon, chopped

1 stalk Onion, green, chopped

½ cup Heavy Cream

1 teaspoon Salt, pink, Himalayan

1 teaspoon Pepper, black, freshly ground

Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese
